To our clients and partners,
By now, every responsible company and individual worldwide are taking steps to stay healthy and protect their families, colleagues and communities from the spread of COVID-19.
Here at Flashtalking, we are doing the same. We are doing everything we can to ensure our employees and their families are safe and that we can continue to provide 100% support and service to our clients and partners.
First, clients should be confident that we are fully operational. While our offices are still open as I write, most employees are working from home, minimizing opportunities to contract or spread the virus. We have always had a very flexible work from home policy, so our employees are equipped and comfortable working by phone and video conference. It won’t always be ideal, but we expect our clients and agencies will be working with similar conditions. Our teams will be reaching out to update contact information as needed. We are very confident that working together, we can deliver the service and support our clients need to keep their campaigns and businesses moving forward.
Second, we are working with Flashtalking employees to take all reasonable steps to avoid exposure risk and to communicate with HR if they do exhibit any symptoms. We want to make sure that we do not unknowingly contribute to allowing the virus to spread. To this end, we have postponed any non-essential business travel and expect employees to communicate any personal travel.
Third, if any of our office-based employees do become ill, we are prepared to inform everyone who may have had contact and have that office professionally cleaned and disinfected before employees are allowed back in.
Along with our clients and agency partners, Flashtalking is part of a uniquely strong community; and in times of crisis, strong communities pull together. We know that this community will pull together as well. We will be flexible and accommodating to client and partner schedules; we will work even harder than ever to communicate; and we will put in the extra effort required to make sure client campaigns are successful during this crisis. We know you will too. And because of that, we are optimistic that we can manage through the next few weeks with minimal disruption and maximum health.
Please, if you have any questions or concerns, reach out to your Flashtalking representative.
Stay healthy,
John Nardone
